All non custom pieces are eligible for a return. Please note Personalized pieces are not eligible for a return or refund as these pieces are custom made just for you.
If you would like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. We kindly ask for you to send your items back in their original packaging and in an unused, (new) condition for your refund request to be accepted.
We currently don't offer exchanges.
Once we receive your items they will be inspected and we’ll get the refund processed for you. If your items arrive to us in a used condition your refund/exchange request won't be approved.
If your package gets lost in transit once shipped we can resend your order. We cannot offer refunds for lost parcels.
